Mr. Shelby has over 20 years experience as an Advertising and Marketing Executive specializing in Entertainment and Media. He has proven ability to drive Marketing initiatives in highly diverse cultures and geographic regions. Uses advanced skills in developing and managing relations with a wide range of constituencies to produce outstanding

results within short time frames. Mr. Shelby is a seasoned professional, decision maker and motivated leader who succeeds in meeting and exceeding corporate objectives.

As the Senior Vice President, Theatrical Marketing for New Line Cinema, Mr. Shelby led executive team in all facets of theatrical domestic marketing, including publicity, promotions, media, interactive, creative advertising, talent, and filmmaker relations on all releases, including ‘The Lord of the Rings’ Trilogy, ‘Austin Powers’ Trilogy, ‘Rush Hour 2’, & The ‘Blade’ Trilogy. He supervised a bi-coastal staff of eighty and oversaw budgets up to $50 million per film.

-  Spearheaded New Line’s first Oscar for Best picture for ‘Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King’; grossed over $377,027,325 domestically, then number two on the all-time list.

-  Directed the information for Theatrical Marketing Campaign strategies to multiple New Line divisions (International, Home Video, etc) to ensure a united effort. Lowered the creative cost for each division in excess of $100 thousand on each film.

-  Supervised the Audio-visual campaign for one of the most successful independent films ever, ‘The Blair Witch Project’; produced for $60 thousand and grossed $140 million.

- Led the resurgence of the beleaguered MGM/UA, with such hits as ‘Get Shorty’ ($72 million gross), ‘The Birdcage’ ($124 million gross), ‘Stargate’ ($71 million gross), and ‘The World is Not Enough’ ($125 million gross).

Dr. Edward Yi Dr. Yi is a 9th Degree Grandmaster of Tukong Moosul, the South Korean Special Forces martial arts training system, and the President of the World Tukong Moosul Federation with over 418 schools world-wide.
Dr. Yi has founded many successful Entertainment related businesses including a studio supply company in Dallas,

Texaas , Action Stunts, a precision film fighting company based in Austin, TX.

He is also the president and founder of StarFolio College, an institute dedicated to the teaching of Screen Martial Arts and for Screen acting and action.

Dr. Yi also used his S. Korean special forces training to found Black Shield Special Protection Service, a bodyguard and security company. He was asked to help with choreography and training for the film Sin City by the director and has since applied his unique talents to several feature length projects.

Now Dr. Yi brings his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen together with his partners, Mr. Shelby and Mr. Clements, Dr. Faulconer in Shot Signal Entertainment Film Corp.

Clifford Clements Mr. Clements brilliant promotional skills have garnered world wide praise and attention. He has promoted different sports events such as The NBA Lock out Game which featured rapper Master P, TNT sports commentator Kenny Smith, and NY Knicks player and two-time NBA All-Star Stephon Marbury and friends. Clifford

spearheaded and promoted Dallas Texas first heavyweight boxing event which featured Lou Savarese vs. Kirk Johnson. It aired on Fox Sports. Johnson won the fight and went on to fight Lennox Lewis for heavyweight title.

Mr. Clements has also led promotions and sold tickets for some of the biggest events including the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, Major League Baseball World Series and All-Star Game, NBA Finals and All- Star Game, Indy 500, Brickyard 300, Winston Cup 500, Soccer World Cup, and the Olympics. Celebrities swim party, College annual after party for Grambling vs. Prairie View University, The national Omega Phi Psi Concave Step Show, etc.

Mr. Clements founded a ticket and Promotion Company, “Wall Street Tickets and Promotion”, where he promoted concerts with R&B, Rap, Gospel, Pop, Rock, and Country Western and tickets sales to all small and major events. Along with the promotional company, he opened various top flight night clubs throughout the greater city of Dallas, which featured numerous top entertainment acts such as Jamie Fox, Morris Chestnut, Steve Harvey, Cedric The Entertainer, Tank, Dick Gregory, D.C. Curry, 50 cent, and R. Kelly….to name a few.
